WWE has announced which Superstars will be eligible to be drafted on the first and second nights of the WWE 2023 Draft.
The Draft will start on the April 28 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown and then continue on the May 1 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.
The announcement from WWE regarding the draft is below:

Night one begins this Friday on SmackDown, followed by night two next week on Monday Night Raw on USA.
Each night of the WWE Draft will see a unique pool of Superstars eligible to be drafted. They are as follows:
