During the 4/26 edition of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan appeared on screen to announce that the Owen Hart Cup will return this summer.
As noted in our coverage of the show, Khan announced that the opening ceremonies of the tournament will be held at Double or Nothing, with the matches themselves being held in Owen’s home country of Canada over the summer, including matches at Forbidden Door (notable due to Owen’s time in New Japan) and the finals to be held in Calgary.
