Cavinder Twins to begin training at WWE Performance Center this spring

The Cavinder Twins will not be returning to the Miami Hurricanes women’s basketball team for another season. The twins, who signed Name, Likeness and Image deals back in December of 2021 with WWE, will soon be heading to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

Jeff Hoffman of Everett Sports Marketing, who is the agent for Hanna & Haley Cavinder, told TheStreet, that the twins will begin training at the WWE Performance Center this spring. He also said that this will be the first time the Twins will have done any type of in-ring training with WWE and that they are “open to exploring” an opportunity to perform with the top wrestling promotion under the right circumstances.

“The WWE, they have a very specific training process — They don’t just fit people into storylines and say, ‘Here you go – The twins are D1 athletes, they’re extremely fit, healthy, exercise constantly, but there’s also a process through the training to make sure you understand not only movements but safety...The potential — what could be — I think they’d be excited if that type of opportunity presented itself for them to be main features in the WWE -WWE fans provide such positive comments, feedback, and energy to the twins.”

Also, per TheStreet, the twins announced last week on social media last week that they would not return to the University of Miami Hurricanes, who they helped steer to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. They could’ve stayed for another year, but chose to “start a new chapter in their lives.”
