As reported by Fightful, Sherilyn Guerrero has claimed that her stepfather Kris Benson sexually assaulted her in 2020.

The daughter of Eddie and Vickie Guerrero posted a video on TikTok with the claim, referring to a cruise the family went on in which the incident occurred. She goes on to claim that she informed her mother of the incident, and that Vickie claimed “it as a mistake” and “not who he is.”
Vickie has responded to the allegations in a since-deleted Instagram post, saying her relationship with Sherilyn has been a hostile one for years, before stating she would see her daughter in court and that the two will “no longer be related.” A screenshot of the post can be found below.
Since Sherilyn’s post on TikTok a number of people have spoken out on the situation, including Chavo Guerrero who posted a Tweet in support of Sherilyn.
