MLW Underground reportedly set to leave REELZ after ten weeks

According to a new report from Variety, MLW Underground end its run on REELZ after ten weeks. The most recent episode, which aired on Tuesday, February 28, was the fourth episode of MLW Underground so far.

This update news comes after it was reported on Tuesday that Peacock was adding the live REELZ feed to their streaming service. The live feed of REELZ at the 10:00 pm ET hour will not be available on Peacock until after MLW’s run finishes on REELZ. For the remainder of MLW’s deal with the cable network, the live feed will not be available on Peacock at the 10:00 pm ET hour on Tuesdays due to Peacock’s deal with WWE.

As of this writing, it is not know if MLW Underground will air on a different network after the promotions current deal with REELZ ends.

Per a report by PWInsider, the February 21 episode of MLW Underground on REELZ drew 97,000 viewers at 10:00 pm and 42,000 for the 1:00 am replay, for a total audience of 139,000 viewers. This past Tuesday night’s episode did not hit the top 150 programs on basic cable.
