Rousey was last seen on WWE TV during the December 30, 2022 SmackDown, where she lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair in an “unplanned” match.
Flair made her surprise return to SmackDown after being away from WWE for seven months, as she married current AEW star Andrade El Idolo last May and then had some much needed dental work done.
