As first reported by Fightful Select, then F4WOnline, WWE has hired Blake Chadwick as the new play-by-play commentator for the NXT Level Up show. He changed his name to Blake Howard on his social media accounts, which indicates this will be his name in WWE.
Howard has done commentary for numerous independent pro wrestling promotions such as Coastal Championship Wrestling, Combat Fights Unlimited, and Only Stars Pro Wrestling. He was also a ring announcer for the now defunct Paragon Pro Wrestling.
He made his WWE debut this past Tuesday at the NXT Level Up tapings at the Performance Center, prior to NXT going live on the USA Network.
NXT Level Up airs every Friday night at 10:00 pm ET on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else.
