Major creative plans involving The Bloodline acknowledgement ceremony have been changed for this coming Monday’s 30th anniversary episode of WWE Raw.
PWInsider reported earlier on Saturday creative plans for the Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony featuring members of the Anoa’i family had been dropped.
WWE then confirmed Saturday afternoon on social media The Bloodline will hold Tribal Court the Trial of Sami Zayn, in place of the Acknowledgement Ceremony that had been previously advertised.
The reported change is said to be due to what took place near the end of Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown, where Reigns was not happy with Zayn wanting to be in on his plans as it pertains to Kevin Owens. Reigns was even more unhappy when Zayn could not be located as Owens him (Reigns) during their title match contract signing. When Zayn finally came out to make the save, Owens and Zayn had a stare down, before Owens made his escape through the crowd as the show then went off the air.
