Slamwrestling.net and PWInsider are reporting AEW Dynamite has been dropped by the French-Language Canadian Sports Station RDS, effective January 2023.
Per the report from Slam Wrestling, long-time Quebec announcer Jean-François Kelly broke the news on Wednesday night’s broadcast that RDS would not be carrying AEW Dynamite in 2023.
Both Slam Wrestling and PWInsider note that Dynamite will continue to air in English on TSN for those that have the channel in their cable packages or streaming services.
According to the RDS Facebook Page, the decision to drop AEW Dynamite was due to budget constraints. Below is the statement from RDS’ Facebook Page – translated in English, courtesy of Slam Wrestling.

Sadly, Dynamite tonight was our last broadcast of AEW in French on RDS.
