12/2/22 WWE SmackDown Ratings: Viewership down for one night move to FS1

WWE SmackDown Ratings

The SmackDown ratings are in for December 2, 2022.

This past week’s edition, which took place at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York, and aired for one night only on FS1 due to College Football, drew an average of 902,000 viewers on Friday night, according to a report by Showbuzzdaily.com.

This is down from last week’s show which averaged 2.166 million viewers; however, this show aired on the main FOX channel. SmackDown traditionally sees a big drop in viewership whenever the show is relocated for FS1 due to sports or other major events.

It should be noted that this show had a larger viewership than the last SmackDown on FS1, which was on October 28 and drew 835,000 viewers.

SmackDown returns to the main FOX network this Friday, where numbers should return to normal levels.

Demographic Ratings for WWE SmackDown

This week’s SmackDown, featuring the finals of the WWE World Cup Tournament, averaged a 0.25 rating among adults 18-49. This is down from last week’s 0.38 rating.
