Jason “JerseyViper” Namako sent these ROH notes in:
According to PWInsider.com, the current plan for ROH’s touring schedule is to be light on the number of live events for the rest of 2011 and then go into a more full-fledged touring schedule at the beginning of 2012, with the possiblities of 2 to 3 show loops on a regular basis.
Prince Nana is the latest talent to sign with Ring of Honor.
As of right now, Colt Cabana, who is not under a ROH deal, is not scheduled for the first set of TV tapings on August 13th in Chicago Ridge. Cabana and Ring of Honor have talked about signing a deal, but nothing has been officially signed, so Ring of Honor is deciding at this time not to use him for the tapings.
Kevin Steen, in playing up his current storyline in Ring of Honor, has made a deal with EVOLVE owner and former ROH booker Gabe Sapolsky, to appear at the next EVOLVE IPPV on 7/26 in New York City, headlined by the US independent debut of Finlay vs Sami Callahan. For those wondering, Ring of Honor is not involved at all in this deal and has had no contact with Sapolsky.
