Jerome’s thoughts: This was not a bad pay-per-view. The match of the night was the world title match, followed by the Last Knockouts Standing Match. The women’s division in IMPACT Wrestling continues to be the best in the business. The heel turn by Bully Ray was expected at some point. Bully is best as a heel. The fans were really into it, but didn’t toss drinks. I am looking forward to this feud with Bully and Alexander and the match at Hard to Kill in January. The stuff Bully did post match was great. It is old school territory days type booking. The realism is what has is needed more in professional wrestling. This looks to be similar to what the feud was like with Moose and Alexander. Kudos to Scott D’Amore and the booking team for what took place post match. My hope and expectation is IMPACT won’t drop the ball on this feud that will happen over the next few months.
If you can pay the $9.99, go to FITE TV, order it and watch the replay.
Also, thank you to Chris Gerics for posting the quick results for Rampage for me, so I could cover tonight’s IMPACT PPV special.
