According to Sports Illustrated, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat is stepping back into the squared circle. The 64-year-old WWE Hall of Famer is scheduled to wrestle for Big Time Wrestling at Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina on Sunday, November 27.
Steamboat last wrestled in 2010 on the independent scene in a match with his son, Richie, against The Dudebusters’ Caylen Croft and Trent Barreta. His last singles match took place during a WWE house show against Drew McIntyre in 2009.
