Update on backstage fight at AEW All Out; changes to Dynamite

According F4WOnline, due to the ever-changing situation following the fight backstage at the All Out PPV Media Scrum between CM Punk, Ace Steel, the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, changes have been made to Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.

The changes include Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley appearing on Dynamite, live from the Key Bank Center in Buffalo, New York, debut. Neither stars were originally scheduled to appear and it is unknown if they will be wrestling or just doing promos. There is a lot of talent that have not yet arrived in Buffalo.

It was also noted there are suspensions as a result of the backstage altercation from Punk’s post-All Out press conference comments, where he called out The EVP’s, Adam Page, Colt Cabana and MJF using a lot of foul language. 

Ace Steel and Pat Buck reportedly will not be at Wednesday’s Dynamite. However, it is not confirmed if they are officially suspended. It is also believed that others involved in the fight will not be brought to Buffalo.

According to Fightful, as of this writing, AEW talent have not been told anything official. Fightful notes those they have spoke to believe CM Punk will have to go or make major amends to remain with the company, but the heat on Punk is said to be unreal.

Fightful also notes there are so many rampant “done deal” rumors about what is happening, that it it has been almost impossible to verify. AEW, Tony Khan, CM Punk The Bucks, Omega, and Steel are not talking. There is also said to be a a lot of conjecture and expectations.

In addition, Fightful Select stated that the Young Bucks pounded on CM Punk’s locker room door. After Punk did not answer, some sources claimed to Fightful that the Bucks “kicked the door down.” Fightful also notes several sources said Kenny Omega did not seem nearly as upset as per initial reports on Monday. Also Fightful Select said Ace Steel’s wife was in the locker room and Steel then told other that is what set him off.

There has also been reports making the rounds that there will be a major announcement sometime on Wednesday either before Dynamite, or during the show.
