There is a 2-Disk DVD set for Immortal called Immortal Forever that is sceduled to release on 7/19/2011. As of right now
HMV is listing Sacrifice and Slammiversary 2011 as a Twin Pack (although things could be subject to change) which will be released on 8/23/2011.
