We reported on Monday that Becky Lynch suffered a separated shoulder during the Raw Women’s Title Match against Bianca Belair at this past Saturday’s SummerSlam.
In an update, Lynch is expected to be out several months.
The opening segment of Monday’s Raw saw Lynch come out to the ring with her right arm in a sling. She then cut a promo, confirming that she suffered a separated shoulder at SummerSlam. She and Belair made amends in the ring during the promo.
WWE did a backstage angle on Raw to write Lynch off television. Lynch was laid out by Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY. Belair had ran from the ring in an attempt to make the save, but couldn’t get backstage in time to help Lynch.
WWE announced on social media that Lynch would be out of action, due to the attack by Bayley, Kai, and SKY.
