During the AEW Double or Nothing Media Scrum, Tony Khan noted he would not be commenting on the MJF situation.
According to PWInsider, MJF arrived at T-Mobile Arena at what was described as the “the last minute.” It was also noted that he left the building right after his match with Wardlow.
It was further said the expectation is that MJF will not be on the road at least for the next several AEW television shows, or even possibly longer.
Per Fightful, MJF claimed to them that he showed up shortly before his match, and then left right after. Fightful also noted that MJF told them he has “a lot to think about.”
Furthermore, Fightful said that they could not verify what MJF said was planned, approved or suggested by AEW.
