Press in Saugas, MA, are reporting that a criminal complaint was filed against Randy Orton on Tuesday night for simple assault and battery.
A 15-year-old autograph boy alleges that Orton assaulted him in the parking lot of Kowloon restaurant outside of Boston, which is a regular haunt of WWE stars when they are in town.
The boy told police that Orton spat gum in his face and used profanity. When the boy’s mother interjected Orton allegedly told her, “so sue me.”
Lt. Leonard Campanello of the Saugas Police Dept. told
www.wickedlocal.com/saugus that another juvenile male also in the parking lot at the time of the altercation reported witnessing the exchange between Orton and the 15-year-old.
A clerk magistrate will determine today if the incident warrants a criminal complaint.
