WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella took to Twitter earlier this morning to tease a possible return at SummerSlam.
Nikki took to Twitter earlier today teasing a possible return at SummerSlam. This past June, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, The Bellas teased a possible return to the ring, and gave praise to John Cena.
Nikki said the following in her interivew:
“For me, I’m definitely starting that preparation…I want to train hard for it. When we come back, I want to change my style in the ring a little bit. I want to make a statement.”
Also, on last night’s SmackDown, during his in-ring promo with John Cena, Roman Reigns took a jab at Nikki Bella.
“And you see, John, 20 plus years of missionary might of been good enough for you. But it wasn’t good enough for Nikki Bella.
Reigns will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Cena at SummerSlam in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, August 21. The event will stream on Peacock in the United States, and the WWE Network everywhere else.
