WWE has officially announced they have released WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, effective today, August 3.
Reports surfaced yesterday that Flair had directly asked Vince McMahon for his release, citing that he has been unhappy with the creative direction of the company, specifically the pregnancy storyline with Lacey Evans.
