NJPW star Will Ospreay took to Twitter on Tuesday to provide an update on his neck injury.
Ospreay noted that he being referred for another MRI on his lower back, as he may have the same issue with his back that is in his neck. He then went on to say that “things ain’t looking good”, but that he determined to comeback this year, and closed by saying thanks for all the support.
On Monday, Ospreay posted a picture of his x-ray on Twitter.
We had previously reported that NJPW announced that on May 4 (night two) of Wrestling Dontaku in Fukuoka, Ospreay sustained a neck injury, forcing him to vacate the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.

Had my physio pop over the house today & after further digging I’m now being referred for another MRI on my lower back as well for fears I may have the same issue in my neck.
Things ain’t looking good, but I’m determined to comeback this year
Thanks for all the support.
