NXT Champion Finn Bálor revealed he underwent surgery on his broken jaw.
Bálor, who revealed his jaw was broken in two places during his title match against Kyle O’Reilly at NXT TakeOver 31, stated that the surgery was a success.
There is no timetable announced for his return or the status of the NXT Championship. Bálor won the NXT Championship after it was vacated by Karrion Kross, who separated his shoulder during the main event of NXT TakeOver XXX in August.
