Multiple sources are reporting that Davey Boy Smith will be inducted into the Hall of Fame: Class of 2020.
While not confirmed by WWE, Smith would be joining the nWo and Batista in this year’s Hall of Fame. Jushin “Thunder” Liger and The Bella Twins have also been rumored for the ceremony.
Smith, who passed away in 2002 at the age of 39, is a former two-time WWE Tag Team Champion with Dynamite Kid and Owen Hart, a two-time European Championship, a two-time Hardcore Champion, and a one-time Intercontinental Champion, winning the title from Bret “Hitman” Hart in a legendary match at Wembley Stadium at SummerSlam 1992.
