Braun Strowman is the new WWE Intercontinental Champion after defeating Shinsuke Nakamura.
It is Strowman’s first WWE singles championship in the company. Here’s how it happened:
Sami Zayn gets on the ring apron and undoes the turnbuckle pad. The referee is distracted, in comes Cesaro, the referee catches Cesaro. Strowman slams Nakamura into the exposed turnbuckle with the referee not looking. A running powerslam by Strowman. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.
