SmackDown Ratings: Viewership see’s a one percent increase from last week

The SmackDown ratings are in for Decmber 27, 2019.

Last night’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX was up one percent from last week.

This week’s episode which took place in Detroit, Michigan drew an average of 2.439 million viewers according to the Fast Nationals by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is up from last week’s show which averaged 2.414 million viewers.

Friday Night SmackDown beat programming on ABC, but still fell behind NBC and CBS. However, SmackDown did top all of the network programming in the 18-49 demographics.

The actual ratings for WWE Friday Night SmackDown are scheduled to be released this coming Monday.  We will provide an update if there is any change to Friday’s preliminary ratings.

Hourly Breakdowns and Demographics for WWE SmackDown

Hour 1: 2.540 (up from 2.493 million viewers from last week) 

Hour 2: 2.337 (up from 2.336 million viewers from last week)

This week’s SmackDown, headlined by a #1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match featuring Daniel Bryan, The Miz, and King Corbin averaged a 0.65 rating among adults 18-49.

This number is slightly down from the 0.70 rating the show had last week.
