WWE Smackdown will be live tonight from the Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia.
Tonight’s show will see the continuation of the 2019 King of the Ring tournament. The Quarterfinals will take place tonight for the Smackdown side. Here are the two matches that will take place:
Elias vs. Ali
Chad Gable vs. Andrade
Also advertised for the show is Daniel Bryan still seeking an apology from Roman Reigns. After it was revealed last week on Smackdown Live that Erick Rowan was the attacker, Bryan denied any involvement. Reigns speared him anyway. Bryan will demand an apology tonight.
We’ll also see any fallout from Bayley’s heel turn last night on RAW and if Kofi Kingston will be able to respond to Randy Orton’s attack last week.
The 1st Round of the 2019 King of the Ring tournament will conclude tonight on Smackdown Live. Buddy Murphy will take on Ali, and Chad Gable will take on Shelton Benjamin in a battle of former tag team partners.
Daniel Bryan will also be demanding an apology from Roman Reigns after Erick Rowan was accused of attacking Reigns. Bryan “revealed” Reigns’ attacker last week on Smackdown Live. We’ll also see Randy Orton’s response to Kofi Kingston’s attack, as well as Charlotte Flair’s response to Bayley.
