Big Cass (CaZXL) responded on Twitter Thursday to the rumor, which made the rounds on internet that he and Enzo Amore had been contacted by WWE for a possible return to the NXT brand.
We reported earlier today that Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline originally reported that WWE supposedly reached out to Big Cass and Enzo Amore for a return to the company.
WWE reached out to Wrestleview with a statement indicating “There is no truth to the rumor.” The rumor can be considered officially dead.
