According to a report on Pro Wrestling Sheet and confirmed through other sources, Finn Balor has asked for two months off from WWE.
Balor, who will turn 38 at the end of the month, is reportedly taking the time off to recharge. The time off has been approved by WWE officials and will begin next month, but Balor will work up until at least SummerSlam.
Last night on RAW, Balor entered into a program with “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.
Balor made his main roster debut on July 25, 2016 after having spent nearly two years in NXT. Balor is a two-time Intercontinental Champion and the inaugural Universal Champion, as well as a former NXT Champion.
