Josh Ketch, the Ring of Honor fan who accused the company of fan intimidation, has provided an update on the company’s investigation into the matter.
Ketch stated on Twitter that Sinclair’s Human Resources Department reached out to him two weeks ago to ask for his contact information to hear his side of the story. Ring of Honor is a subsidiary of the Sinclair Broadcast Group. According to Ketch, he wound up having “an hour long conversation with Sinclair’s HR and the COO of ROH (Joe Koff) last Friday.”
Despite ROH stating a month ago that the investigation would be concluded by the end of the week, it still appears to be ongoing. The company itself has not provided any additional updates.
Ketch was invited to Smackdown Live this past Tuesday as a guest of Kevin Owens, who stated that he was upset with the way ROH treated the fan.
Wrestleview reached out for comment from Ring of Honor and we have not received a reply yet.
ROH contacted me about two weeks ago for my contact info since Sinclair’s HR department wanted to hear my side of the story.
I ended up having an hour long conference call with Sinclair’s HR & the COO of ROH last Friday.
