Following his debut at last night’s ROH Best in the World PPV, the National Wrestling Alliance officially announced on Twitter the signing of former Impact star Eli Drake.
This past April, Impact Wrestling “terminated” their contract with Drake due to Impact management being upset with comments he had made about the company during a interviews after he refused to work an intergender match with Tessa Blanchard at the United We Stand PPV event during WrestleMania 35 weekend.
Earlier this month, the two sides finally came to a settlement agreement regarding his termination and the non-complete clause, making Drake free to work for any promotion.
