ROH launches internal review following alleged fan intimidation by Bully Ray

ROH open internal review regarding Bully Ray

According to a new report from John Pollack at POST Wrestling, Ring of Honor Wrestling is conducting an internal review regarding a series of incidents that took place during the promotion’s debut Sunday night in Portland, Oregon.

Josh Ketch (Osh Kosh Big Josh @xIAMHOLLYWOOD) who attended the show stated on Twitter Sunday that he got into an exchange with Velvet Sky and then was spit on and face-palmed by Mandy Leon.

Ketch provided his side of the story of the alleged incident on Twitter stating that he was informed by security that he had to go backstage where he was then confronted by Bully Ray who told him (Ketch) that he was not to speak down to women, but “treat them with respect and not say anything to them you wouldn’t say to to your mom.”

ROH General Manager Greg Gilleland issued the following statement regarding the matter:

ROH has always taken fan-first approach, with fan experience being at the forefront of all of our live events. We consider this to be very serious and will be conducting an internal review over the next 48 hours to determine the appropriate actions.

Below is the timeline of the incident taken from Josh Ketch’s Twitter:
