PWInsider is reporting that WWE has pulled Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson from all upcoming scheduled WWE live events.
The decision, according to the report, was made largely in part due to both Gallows and Anderson recently rejecting a new five-year offer from WWE to stay.
Discussions are reportedly said to be ongoing between WWE and Gallows and Anderson, but they will not be appearing at live events going forward. The tag team is booked for television tapings and PPV events. Neither have been used on television since an episode of Smackdown Live back on February 5 in a loss to Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura.
Batista and RAW tonight
PWInsider is also reporting that Batista is not scheduled for RAW tonight in Chicago.
He is currently away in Europe filming the movie “Dune.”
Former WWE star to retire
Former WWE star Adam Rose announced today he would be retiring from wrestling.
Rose was given his release from WWE back in 2016.
“I want to announce my full time retirement from the wonderful world of professional wrestling. It’s been one hell of a ride. I will be fullfiling all dates currently booked but not taking any more bookings going forward. Thank you to the fans who supported me, the promoters who booked me, all the good brothers and sisters who worked with me. Mainly thank you to the @wwe for letting a 9 year old South African boy live his dream. Many blessings and so much love to all. Goodbye and thank you.”
