WWE has posted a video clip (above) featuring Paul “Triple H” Levesque checking on Tegan Nox after she suffered an injury during the Mae Young Classic.
Nox suffered an injury to her knee during a dive to the outside in a quarterfinal match against Rhea Ripley, something Nox illustrated in a drawing on Twitter.
Triple H spoke with ESPN not long after the injury took place, noting the ACL tear that Nox experienced last year and how heartbreaking her latest injury was.
“To come here tonight and be in a position to where, let me just say, it couldn’t have been any more heartbreaking for her. Emotionally, just couldn’t have been any more heartbreaking. I don’t know, at this point, what happened. She landed funky on a dive and hurt herself. The doctor looked at it, and it was so painful at the point that he couldn’t manipulate the disk to see if it was an ACL.”
WWE uploaded a clip of the injury taking place, which aired last night.
