WWE has confirmed the matches for next week’s Mixed Match Challenge in Portland.
Advertised for the show on Facebook Watch next Tuesday night is Finn Balor and Bayley vs. Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox for the RAW side, while Rusev and Lana vs. Jimmy Uso and Naomi is set for the Smackdown Live side.
While last year’s tournament was elimination based, this year is a round-robin format. This is why Mahal and Fox are back on the show for the second week in a row. They lost last night to the newly formed team of Bobby Lashley and Mickie James.
Like the team of Mahal and Fox, Jimmy Uso and Naomi lost during the first week of the tournament to the team of WWE Champion AJ Styles and Charlotte Flair. The show will be building to the TLC PPV on December 16 where the team that wins the RAW block will face the team that wins the Smackdown Live block.
