Smackdown Live kicks off with Renee Young introducing Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan. They air highlights of last Tuesday’s match involving Daniel Bryan and Andrade Almas where The Miz and Maryse got involved. They also air a video of The Miz and Maryse in the ring from earlier during the day in an empty arena where they called Bryan and Brie out. In the video, The Miz says they are trying to save them the embarassement of getting beat up in front of millions of people again.
Back live, Bryan says it’s a perfect encapsulation of who The Miz and Maryse are as people. They attack people from behind and show up to the arena early and call them out knowing they’re not in the arena. Bryan says they aren’t the “It” couple but they are just a couple of cowards.
Brie says that cowards talks. She says herself and Daniel didn’t come out to talk and they don’t have to wait for Hell in a Cell. Bryan says it’s Smackdown and now is the time to fight. Renee Young says that Miz and Maryse are no longer in the building. Andrade “Cien” Almas’ music hits and he comes out with Zelina Vega. Zelina says look who it is crying in the ring yet again, Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella. Stars of “Total Bores”.
Andrade says he is ready to walk over Daniel Bryan again. Vega says that Andrade wants to finish what he started right now as she and Almas approach the ring.
That was a good promo ruined by Brie's delivery. Seems like she messed up a word or two. In any case, I'm glad they're continuing to push Andrade with Vega. If properly given time, he can be a big heel star for the company. Has the look, the in ring ability and manager. #SDLive

I'll say this, the feuds going on for the #SDLive titles (both men and women) are top notch. That AJ Styles and Samoa Joe segment was just like the rest of this feud. That is to say excellent.

No idea what they're trying to do with R-Truth the past few weeks but I'm enjoying it. Some funny segments tonight involving him and The Miz as well as with Carmella. I have a feeling he gets the win tonight with a little help from Daniel Bryan. #SDLive

These triple team tag matches are fun but the ending is hectic to recap! Glad to see Rusev and Aiden English get the win although I do wonder where this will leave the other teams. The tag division is very stacked on #SDLive. Much better than what #Raw have on their end.
