Dory Funk Jr. reportedly called Bret Hart and asked him if he would induct him into the Class of 2009 WWE Hall of Fame this year in Houston, TX reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. This was before Dory was told of the plans that Dusty Rhodes would be inducting him and brother Terry at the ceremony on April 4 (meaning WWE makes those decisions for you and not the other way around). Hart did initially accept, although the feeling is that he didn’t really believe he would be doing it.
