Bobby Roode states WWE is looking to build a larger Performance Center in the future

Performance Center

WWE star Bobby Roode was making the media rounds today to promote Monday Night RAW in Little Rock, Arkansas. During an interview with KARK-TV, Roode states that from what he hears, the WWE is looking to build a bigger Performance Center in the future.

The current WWE Performance Center was opened in July 2013 in Orlando and has been the home of all NXT trainees since. Our very own Editor-in-Chief, Adam Martin, toured the WWE Performance Center back in December of 2014.

Roode didn’t offer any specifics, such as where the new Performance Center would be, or what would become of the existing center. The WWE has not made a public comment on Roode’s statement. The WWE recently launched a new Performance Center recruiting website. No word on if Roode’s comments are connected to that or if it’s just discussion among the talent at this point regarding a planned expansion.
