WWE UK and NXT matches announced for London
WWE.com has announced matches for the upcoming WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament return on June 18 and 19 in London at Royal Albert Hall.
This includes NXT Champion Pete Dunne and Moustache Mountain (Tyler Bate and Trent Seven) vs. The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong).
Three NXT championship matches will also be announced at a later date including the NXT North American Championship, NXT Women’s Championship and NXT Tag Team Championships. The event is expected to air on the WWE Network.
Rusev and Greatest Royal Rumble update
Jimmy Traina of Sports Illustrated reached out to WWE for comment about Rusev was replaced by Chris Jericho to face The Undertaker in a casket match at the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble event on April 27 in Saudi Arabia.
WWE stated Rusev is still very much with the company and will be taking part in the 50-Man Greatest Royal Rumble match that same night.
Wrestling fans, I asked the WWE if Rusev has left the company. WWE said those rumors are not true, he is still with the company and he will be in the Royal Rumble match at Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia. #RusevDay

We reported earlier this week about a clip being posted to Twitter showing WWE editing out “Rusev Day” chants from the original Smackdown Live broadcast.
The belief among many was that WWE was “punishing” Rusev for his comments on Twitter, but The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online reports this is all part of a storyline.
