“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.
A video recaps the return of Brock Lesnar to the WWE. Paul Heyman submitted him to be a challenger to John Cena for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. Triple H agreed to the match. Heyman then said that Brock Lesnar would hurt John Cena at SummerSlam.
The Smackdown video plays, and we’re brought into the arena. Michael Cole and JBL welcome us to the show.
Jimmy and Jey Uso vs. RybAxel
Jey Uso will start the match against Ryback. They take some time before locking up. Ryback applies a side headlock, but Jey soon whips him off. Ryback hits a shoulder block before hitting the ropes. Jey goes for a hip toss, but Ryback blocks it and hits one of his own. Ryback goes for a big splash, but Jey sidesteps him. Jimmy Uso is tagged in. Jey hits a low clothesline on Ryback, and Jimmy hits a falling head-butt for a one count. Jimmy chops the chest a few times before going to the second rope for the ten punches. Ryback pushes him off and floors him with a shoulder block. Ryback stomps him before tagging in Curtis Axel. Axel runs into an arm drag, and Jimmy keeps an arm bar applied. Axel fights up and applies a side headlock. Jimmy whips him off, but Axel hits a shoulder block. Axel hits the ropes, they mess up a leapfrog, and Jimmy rolls him up. Ryback tags in before Axel goes down. Jimmy knocks Ryback off the apron, and Axel clotheslines him over the top rope. Ryback then floors Jimmy at ringside with a shoulder block.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Ryback chop the chest. Jimmy tries to fight back, but Ryback powers him to the corner and tags in Axel. They stomp Jimmy down in the corner. Axel continues stomping him before hitting a clothesline to the back of the head. Axel hits a running knee lift for a two count. Ryback tags in and hits a big splash for a two count. Ryback applies a chin lock, but Jimmy fights up and punches out. Ryback blocks a kick and spins him. Ryback ducks an enzuigiri attempt, and Jimmy connects with it on the second attempt.
Jey and Axel are tagged in. Jey hits a pair of clotheslines before kicking him in the midsection and delivering an uppercut. Axel reverses a whip into the ropes, but Jey comes back with a running dropkick. Jey gets the crowd going before hitting a running hip bump to the face. Jey follows up with a Samoan Drop, but Ryback breaks up the pinfall. Ryback goes to throw Jey into the ropes, but he holds on. Ryback then charges him, but Jey pulls the top rope down to get him out of the ring. Jey then takes him out with a diving cross-body over the top rope! Jey gets on the apron, and Axel dropkicks him back to the floor. Jimmy lies next to Jey and pretends to be hurt. Axel throws Jimmy into the ring, and Jimmy catches him with an inside cradle for the win.

They will provide an update on the arrest of Stephanie McMahon later tonight. The main event will see Roman Reigns take on Alberto Del Rio.
The Miz is seen walking backstage. He’ll host an edition of Miz TV, next.

Miz TV with The Miz giving an acceptance speech
The Miz makes his way to the ring with his newly won WWE Intercontinental Championship. The Miz says he won the title five days ago at WWE Battleground. The Miz says he didn’t get to give the people what they wanted – an acceptance speech. Miz asks for “quiet on the set” as he wants to give his acceptance speech. The Miz wants to thank The Authority, as it’s an honor just to be nominated for the Battleground Battle Royal. He also thanks the Miz Branding Team – his agents, his manager, his publicist, and his social media guy. Miz thanks his parents for flying down for this momentous occasion. The Miz’ parents are seen at ringside. Miz goes into the crowd and asks his mom if she’s proud of him. She says she is and he is her Michael. Miz asks what it’s like to have a bona fide Hollywood star as a son, and she says, “Awesome!” The crowd boos her. Miz then asks who her favorite WWE superstar is, and she says, “Roman Reigns.” Miz looks at her cross, and she says Reigns is hot. Miz walks away and says she has a great sense of humor. Miz thanks his wife, Maryse, before thanking his dogs and cats. Miz then says he wouldn’t be here without all his fans before thanking them. Most importantly, he wants to thank the most powerful influence in his life – the moneymaker. Miz keeps trying to think of people to thank.
Bo Dallas’ music hits, and he makes his way out to the ring. Dallas says it’s ok that The Miz didn’t mention him by name because he knows for the bottom of his heart that he won the battle royal because he Bolieved. Miz says he is a huge fan of Dallas. Miz then says his people should call Dallas’ people, and they should do lunch. Dallas says that sounds great.
Dolph Ziggler’s music hits, and he comes out to the stage. Ziggler says Miz must be joking with this acceptance speech. Ziggler says this is a lame Oscar acceptance speech when he did something amazing. Miz won the WWE Intercontinental Championship… if you call winning hanging out on the ground while he did all the work, including eliminating Sheamus. Ziggler gets it. He sees why Miz and Dallas get along. They both inspire millions around the world. They both have million dollar smiles that light up a room, and they’re both full of crap. Miz says Ziggler is just another jealous WWE superstar. Dallas says Ziggler can be like them if he just Bolieves. Ziggler goes to punch The Miz in the face, but he quickly gets out of the ring. Dallas then clotheslines him in the back of the head. Ziggler falls out of the ring as referees run down.
Dean Ambrose will face Cesaro in a No Disqualification match later tonight.
-Commercial Break-
Bo Dallas vs. Dolph Ziggler
The bell rings, and Ziggler quickly grabs the leg to take him down. Dallas quickly punches away at him before dropping some knees. The Miz is on commentary for this match. Dallas elbows him in the back of the head before kicking him in the midsection. Dallas punches him, but Ziggler comes back with punches of his own. Ziggler hits the ropes, and Dallas takes him down with a clothesline for a two count. Dallas applies a neck vice, but Ziggler fights up. Ziggler punches out before Dallas takes him down by the hair. Dallas hits some short-arm elbows before hitting a short-arm clothesline for a two count. Dallas taunts the fans before having a whip reversed in the corner. Dallas hits the corner hard and falls to the mat.
Dallas gets to his feet and runs into a back elbow. Ziggler then takes him down with a big spike DDT for a two count. Dallas leaves the ring to recover. Ziggler throws him back into the ring and pretends to go kick Miz in the face. Miz falls out of his seat trying to protect himself. Ziggler gets in the ring and goes for a famouser, but Dallas avoids it and rolls him up for a near fall. Ziggler quickly gets to his feet and hits a famouser for a near fall. The Miz gets off commentary and jumps on the apron to distract Ziggler. Ziggler goes to punch him in the face, so he quickly gets off the apron to avoid that. Dallas then rolls him up with a handful of tights to get the victory. 17 and Bo!

Bo Dallas does a victory lap around the ring before pointing at The Miz who is applauding his work. Dallas then turns into a superkick from Ziggler. The Miz then pushes Ziggler head first into the ring post. The Miz takes his glasses off and wipes them on his vest before walking to the back with his championship.
Renee Young is backstage with Roman Reigns. She mentions that Reigns stopped The Authority’s Plan A from becoming the number one contender to face John Cena at Summerslam. Reigns smiles and says Randy Orton is of course Plan A because he’s The Authority’s spoiled little baby. Of course his daddy Triple H had a plan for him, but who cares about plans? Reigns says when you get hit with the Superman Punch in the mouth, there isn’t a plan that matters. That makes him a wanted man around here. That’s fine for him: one versus all. Renee asks how he feels about walking into a match against Alberto Del Rio. Reigns says the last time he checked, Del Rio isn’t on his side, so that puts him in the category of “all.” Del Rio can’t stop the one. Del Rio better have a plan because he has the punch. Believe that!
Cesaro and Dean Ambrose are seen walking on split screens. They’ll fight in a no disqualification match, next.

No Disqualification Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro
The bell rings, and Ambrose quickly takes him to the corner with some right hands. Ambrose rubs his forearm on his face before raking his face on the top rope. Cesaro kicks and punches him to the corner, but he misses an avalanche. Ambrose stomps him down in the corner before choking him with his boot. Ambrose hits a snap suplex before hitting a quick elbow drop. Ambrose goes under the ring and grabs a kendo stick. Ambrose also grabs a steel chair. Ambrose gets on the apron, and Cesaro boots him back to ringside. Cesaro bounces him off the apron before grabbing a kendo stick. Cesaro goes to slam it off him, but Ambrose ducks. Ambrose then clotheslines him into the timekeeper’s area. Ambrose then dives over and punches away at him. Ambrose sends him over the barricade before grabbing the ring bell. Ambrose then jumps off the barricade and hits him with the bell. Ambrose punches him down before grabbing the kendo stick. Ambrose jumps off the commentary table with it, but Cesaro comes right back with a kendo stick shot to the midsection.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Cesaro applying a chin lock with the kendo stick against Ambrose’s face. During the commercial, Cesaro hit a deadlift gutwrench suplex onto a steel chair. Ambrose fights up and bits Cesaro’s fingers to get out. Cesaro quickly takes him down with a kendo stick to the back. Cesaro sets two chairs up seat front to seat front and body slams Ambrose through it! Cesaro picks up a two count. Cesaro puts the chair on top of Ambrose and puts the kendo stick over his mouth before pulling back. Cesaro lets him go before hitting him in the shoulder with the kendo stick. Cesaro hits him a second time before going for a third shot, but Ambrose blocks it. Ambrose tries to pull it out of his hands, but Cesaro big boots him into the ropes. Ambrose then rebounds with a big clothesline.
Ambrose grabs the kendo stick and hits him in the midsection as he comes at him with a chair. Ambrose hits him in the back and the midsection before hitting a Russian leg sweep with the kendo stick for a two count. Ambrose grabs a steel chair at ringside and brings it in. Ambrose opens it up and sets up two chairs seat front to seat front. Ambrose then turns them around and puts them back to back. Ambrose goes to suplex him onto the chairs, but Cesaro blocks it. Cesaro goes for a suplex of his own, but Ambrose gets out. Ambrose then takes one of the chairs and hits him in the midsection with it. Ambrose then suplexes him through the one chair that is still set up! Ambrose picks up a near fall for that. Ambrose goes to the second rope with a chair and hits an elbow drop with it for another near fall. At some point, probably during the commercial break, a chair was wedged between the top and second rope in the corner. Ambrose goes for a running shoulder thrust, but Cesaro sidesteps him. Ambrose collides headfirst with that chair for a near fall. Cesaro sends him shoulder first into the ring post before going outside with the chair. Cesaro goes to slam the chair off his shoulder, but Ambrose moves. Ambrose then takes him out with a suicide dive.
Ambrose goes under the ring and puts more chairs in the ring. There are at least ten chairs in the ring. Ambrose throws him into the ring, and Seth Rollins attacks him at ringside! Rollins stomps away at him. Ambrose reverses a whip into the barricade before clotheslining him into the timekeeper’s area. Ambrose goes to the top rope, and Cesaro crotches him up there. Ambrose falls to the apron so Cesaro superplexes him back into the ring and on top of all those chairs! Cesaro covers, but Ambrose somehow kicks out. The crowd chants, “This is awesome!” Cesaro picks him up, and Ambrose catches him with an inside cradle for the win.

Seth Rollins immediately attacks Ambrose after the bell sounds. Ambrose stomps him in the corner before choking him with his boot. Cesaro then hits a running boot to the face. Cesaro then takes Ambrose out with a Neutralizer. Rollins stands over him before asking him when he’ll learn to stay down and die. Rollins then hits him with the Curb Stomp.
A video recaps the rivalry between AJ Lee and Paige for the WWE Divas Championship. Paige viciously attacked AJ Lee this past Monday on RAW. Paige will be in action, next.
-Commercial Break-
Naomi vs. Paige
They show a recap of the implosion of the Funkadactyls. Before the match begins, Paige takes a microphone and wants to set the record straight. Her and AJ are still friends. Paige says she likes AJ. She also likes Naomi.
The bell rings, and Paige puts her hand out for Naomi to shake. Cameron’s music hits, and she comes out to the stage. Naomi stares at her, so Paige attacks her from behind. Paige hits the Ram-Paige before applying the PTO for the win.

Paige skips around the ring before leaving. Paige then skips to the back as Cameron gets in the ring. Cameron slaps Naomi in the head before saying she isn’t her shadow. Cameron hits a snapmare with the hair before saying she is here to make a statement. Cameron throws her to the apron. Naomi fights back, but Cameron comes back with a big push to the floor. Cameron takes out a mirror and fixes her makeup. Cameron steps on Naomi before walking to the back.
A plasma globe is seen backstage, and Goldust walks up to it wearing a wizard hat. Goldust says he can see into the future. He sees the most bizarre place in the universe. The streets are aligned with gold and stars. Goldust wonders if he sees the cosmic key they possess. Soon it will be coming home to Goldust. Stardust’s head is seen in the middle of the table, and he hisses wildly. Stardust talks about the constellation of Orion. Stardust says Goldust is looking in the wrong direction. Goldust asks where he wants him to look. Stardust clicks a few times, so Goldust gets a handful of stardust. Stardust blows that and tells him to look toward the stardust.
Bray Wyatt will be in action, next.

R-Truth vs. Bray Wyatt w/ The Wyatt Family
A video is shown of the vicious assault the Wyatt’s perpetrated on Chris Jericho backstage this past Monday on RAW.
They circle the ring and lock up. Wyatt throws him to the corner, but R-Truth quickly pops out and punches him. Wyatt reverses a whip into the ropes, but he lowers his head and eats a kick. Wyatt then comes back with a shoulder block before extending his arms out. Wyatt talks some trash before clubbing R-Truth down. Wyatt sends him into the ropes, but he misses a clothesline. R-Truth hits a Lie Detector and asks the crowd, “What’s up”. R-Truth does a split and hits the ropes, but he stops when he sees Wyatt up in a crab walk. Wyatt then takes him out with a flying forearm. Wyatt yells at the crowd before telling R-Truth to get up. Wyatt avalanches him in the corner before looking at him upside down. Wyatt hits him with Sister Abigail for the win.

Match Rating: 1/2 *
Bray Wyatt takes the microphone and says R-Truth was there for Chris Jericho when he needed him. Wyatt asks where Jericho is when R-Truth needs him the most. Jericho is no savior, but he is. Wyatt falls to his knees and yells for Jericho to save us.
Roman Reigns will face Alberto Del Rio in the main event later tonight.
-Commercial Break-
The RAW Rebound airs showcasing Stephanie McMahon’s arrest. Michael Cole says Triple H bailed her out later in the night. Stephanie will not talk to the media. She was charged with resisting arrest and battery. Stephanie McMahon will return this Monday on RAW.
A video recaps Brock Lesnar’s return to Monday Night RAW. Brock Lesnar will face John Cena at SummerSlam for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. John Cena will be on Monday Night RAW to give his reaction to facing Lesnar.
Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring. He’ll be in action against Alberto Del Rio, next.

Roman Reigns vs. Alberto Del Rio
They lock up, and Reigns backs him to the corner. Reigns gives a clean break. Del Rio goes to punch him, but Reigns blocks it and punches him to the corner. Reigns stomps him before pulling him out of the corner. Del Rio kicks him in the leg before punching him. Del Rio wrenches the arm before twisting it around the top rope. Del Rio then hits a double knee arm-breaker. Del Rio goes for the Cross Arm Breaker, but Reigns fights out and sends him out of the ring.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Reigns punching Del Rio in the corner. Reigns puts him in the corner before sending him into the ropes. Reigns lowers his head and eats a kick. Del Rio then runs into a Samoan Drop. Del Rio gets to his feet, and Reigns clotheslines him over the top rope. Reigns goes to throw him into the ring post, but Del Rio slides off and sends him into it. Del Rio slams his arm off the ring post before kicking it into the post. Reigns goes down and shakes his arm. Del Rio puts him in the ring and picks up a one count. Del Rio applies an arm bar, but Reigns immediately fights up and punches out. Reigns goes for the ten punches, but Del Rio hangs him up on the second rope. Del Rio then goes to the top rope and hits a double stomp to the mat. Reigns rolls out of the ring to recover. Del Rio goes outside and slams his arm off the steel steps before sending him back into the ring for a two count. Del Rio then applies an arm bar, but Reigns fights up. Del Rio reverses a whip to the corner and hits a step-up enzuigiri for a near fall. Del Rio reapplies the arm bar, but Reigns continues fighting up. Reigns head-butts him before driving him to the corner. Reigns then puts him on the top rope, but Del Rio catches him with the Cross Arm Breaker while hanging over the top rope. Reigns powers him up and uppercuts him off the top rope to the floor.
Reigns drives him into the apron before sending him into the barricade. Reigns slams him off the commentary table before putting him back into the ring. Del Rio misses a clothesline, and Reigns floors him with a clothesline. Reigns runs into an elbow, a knee, and then a boot. Reigns finally clotheslines him down. Reigns goes outside for a running dropkick to the head, but Del Rio moves. Del Rio then takes him down with a slingshot baseball slide. Del Rio stomps away at him before sending him into the ring. Del Rio covers for a two count. Del Rio puts him in the tree of woe and kicks away at him. Del Rio goes for a running shoulder thrust, but Reigns does a sit up. Del Rio hits the ring post shoulder first. Reigns runs and hits an apron dropkick, sandwiching his head into the steel post. Reigns points at him and sets up for the big punch. Reigns hits the Superman Punch before stalking him. Reigns yells before hitting the spear for the win!

Replays are shown of the final moments of the match. Reigns celebrates on the turnbuckle as the show comes to an end.
