WWE Monday Night RAW Results
September 14, 2015
Memphis, Tennessee
Report by: Mike Tedesco of Wrestleview.com

“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.

A video recaps the rivalry between Seth Rollins and Sting. Sting stole and destroyed Rollins’ statue last week on RAW. They’ll face at WWE Night Of Champions with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line.

The Authority’s music hits, and they make their way to the ring. A graphic for Connor’s Cure is on the ramp. The middle rope is yellow. They are creating awareness for Pediatric Cancer Month. Stephanie McMahon welcomes the crowd to the season premiere episode of Monday Night RAW. Triple H says to say this year could be characterized as a massive success would be an understatement. Stephanie says we’ve seen superstars and divas like Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Rusev, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Neville, New Day, Becky Lynch, Charlotte, and Sasha Banks have made an indelible mark on WWE. Triple H says the next generation is here, and they’ll take the WWE to heights never before imagined. They’ll be led into the future by one man. That one man is THE man. He is the United States Champion and the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He is Seth Rollins. The crowd loudly boos his name. Triple H says this Sunday, live and only on the WWE Network, at Night Of Champions, Rollins has a chance to cement his legacy forever because he’ll defend the United States Championship against John Cena. He will also defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Sting.

Stephanie says the Diva’s Revolution has inspired competition like never before. Tonight, we are guaranteed to see history when Nikki Bella defends her Divas Championship – a title she’s held for 295 days – against a woman who has rocked this division and done it with flair, Charlotte. In arguably one of the biggest Divas Championship match in history, are we going to see Charlotte become the new champion or will Nikki Bella become the longest reigning Divas Champion? Triple H says there’s more. There will be more history made as tonight in this very ring for the first time ever, competing here tonight will be the man that held the WCW Championship on six different occasions. WCW called this man the icon and vigilante. For the first time competing in this very ring will be the man they call Sting. The crowd loudly cheers that. Sting will be in the ring tonight just six days before he competes for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night Of Champions against Seth Rollins. Tonight, history is made as Sting steps into this ring to go one-on-one with The World’s Largest Athlete, The Big Show. Triple H has one question for everyone – “Are you ready?” Triple H repeats his question with some vigor, and the crowd responds in kind. Stephanie says history will be made right now with the Tag Team Championship match. It’s a new season and it’s a New Day!

The New Day makes their epic entrance as the crowd chants, “New Day Rocks!” Stephanie dances with The New Day as Triple H looks on. Triple H then gets in the ring and starts clapping along with them!

That means it’s three-on-three, and they’ll whoop The Wyatt Family’s ass. In six days, they’re bringing the big fight and will make it a war. Reigns says they’ll win. Believe that!

Owens doesn’t respect what it means to be a champion.

Kevin Owens’ music hits, and he comes out to the stage. Owens says he doesn’t mean to interrupt… actually he does. A few months ago, Ryback talked about how the book “The Secret” played a big part in his life. It helped him recover from an injury and overcome tough times. Owens says he can’t blame Ryback for reading it, but he can blame him for being weak in the first place. Ryback is a monster. Ryback is probably the strongest guy in the locker room, yet he is also the weakest. Owens says it’s an absolute travesty that someone like Ryback is Intercontinental Champion.

Ryback says that book helped him and many others. Ryback goes on a long diatribe about how he deals with life and says, “Feed me more!” Ryback says there are many ways to the top of the mountain in WWE. Owens took the long road. Ryback says he respects Owens for that. Ryback says he got an elevator ride to the top, but he fell on his face. The WWE Universe witnessed that first hand. Ryback got back up and brushed himself up to climb back to the top of the mountain. Ryback says he stands here not as a weak man. He’s the WWE Intercontinental Champion. Owens says he is for now. If he ever gets an opportunity at that title, he’ll take it from him and show the world that The Big Guy is nothing more than a weak little boy. Ryback says he finds that funny because he went to The Authority earlier tonight. At Night Of Champions, it’ll be Kevin Owens taking on Ryback for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Ryback says he’s not just a big guy. He’s THE Big Guy! Ryback starts a “Feed Me More” chant. Owens nods his head and walks off.

Brie has blonde extensions in and pulls paper out from her bra. Stephanie McMahon makes her way to the stage. Stephanie says she has to uphold the integrity of the Divas Championship. Charlotte can’t win the title by pinning someone who wasn’t in the match. Technically, when Brie put her hands on Charlotte, she should have been disqualified, so Stephanie announces Charlotte won the match.
