Backstage vignette where a doctor tells Nia Jax that due to being choked out by Bayley at TakeOver: London, she cannot compete tonight in the Battle Royal. Eva Marie feigns showing support for Nia, but is happy about that decision behind her back.
Elias Samson def. Corey Hollis by pinfall with a Swinging Neckbreaker. Afterwards, Samson cuts a promo, saying that what this place needs is what I am.

Main Event in a NXT Women’s Title #1 Contenders Battle Royal: Carmella wins the battle royal to become the #1 Contender, last eliminating Eva Marie. Asuka had originally thought she won, after eliminating Peyton Royce and Billie Kay, but Eva Marie, who went under the ropes and wasn’t eliminated, came in and eliminated Asuka. Then, as Eva Marie was celebrating her win, Carmella, who also went under the ropes, came back in and eliminated Eva to officially win the battle royal.
Carmella and NXT Women’s Champion Bayley celebrated her win afterwards to close the show.
