The mind games by Christian Cage have come to an end as on Thursday’s episode, “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner was revealed as Cage’s consultant as he prepares to face Kurt Angle this Sunday for the World Title! Steiner is a former World Champion and a collegiate wrestling champion – and has apparently been training Cage for the bout against the Olympic gold medalist! TNAwrestling.com has learned that Scott Steiner will be in attendance this Sunday during the Pay-Per-View! NEW MATCHES ADDED TO SUNDAY’S EPIC EVENT
Also on Thursday’s broadcast, new matches were announced for Sunday’s “Against All Odds” Pay-Per-View! In a “Little Italy Street Fight” it will be NWA World Tag Team Champions The Latin American Xchange taking on the legendary Team 3D of Brother Ray and Brother Devon! Plus, in a “Motor City Chain Match” it will be “The War Machine” Rhino taking on “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles! Both TNA stars will be locked together by a 15-foot steel chain!
STING: THIS SUNDAY IS THE END OF JAMES MITCHELL IN TNA
Also on “iMPACT!”, Sting spoke out about his upcoming bout this Sunday against Abyss in the “Prison Yard Match”. Somehow, Sting had apparently taken Mitchell against his will and – with the manager locked inside the cage – promised Abyss that this Sunday would be the last time he would see his manager! This brought out an enraged Abyss, who freed Mitchell and together the two brutally assault the icon!
NEW YORK YANKEES STAR JOHNNY DAMON BRAWLS WITH WHITE SOX STAR AJ PIERZYNSKI ON THE BROADCAST!
