As reported on earlier today by our own Jay Flannagan, a press release was issued by TNA confirming the new television deal with Spike TV. TNA is set to debut on the network this October.

No official debut date was announced, but dates such as October 1st or October 8th have been thrown out as possibilities at this point. TNA is scheduled to run tapings once every other Tuesday as they did before during their previous TV fun on Fox Sports Net. The tapings for the first shows on Spike TV will take place on September 27 at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL.
