Steve Austin files $125 million lawsuit against former girlfriend Tess Broussard
On Thursday, October 7, 2004 at 9:57 AM EST The National Enquirer has an article with comments from Steve Austin and news on him filing a $125-million lawsuit against ex-girlfriend Tess Broussard. Austin’s lawsuit alleges that Broussard mislead Austin, lying about her name (Brenda Tess Broussard) and about her "porn star past". Austin also claims that she is really 51 years old and that she once forced a gun in his mouth during a jealous rage while because he had friends visiting his home in Austin, Texas. An article in the Los Angeles Times that was published in August recounted the alleged report. Henry Garza, lead guitarists of Texas-based band Los Lonely Boys, claims to have seen Broussard pull a gun on Austin and "put it right up to Steve's head, like she was trying to get him to do something," he says. "Then she pointed it at me, which was when I really got scared." In her defense, Broussard says she remembers playing with a gun but never pointing it at anyone and she didn't pick one up in anger. The lawsuit was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court and also claims that Broussard has harassed Austin's ex-wife and children, breaking into his home and slashing up his walls and furniture with a knife and that she also stole his eight WWE Championship belts.Broussard's lawyer denies the allegations and claims they are all "fantasy from a desperate man." Broussard had filed a $10-million lawsuit against Austin after an incident where she stabbed Austin' business manager George Vrabeck when Austin had tried to pay Broussard $1.5-million to end their relationship and move on.The National enquirer also reported that Broussard had pleaded guilty to charges of prostitution and solicitation in 2003.
