- The following match took place on WWE Sunday Night Heat prior to No Mercy on Pay Per View:

Mark Jindrak vs. Scotty 2 Hotty
The match ended when Scotty went for the bulldog on Jindark to set up The Worm, but Jindrak ducked and knocked him out with a big punch to get the win.

Winner: Mark Jindrak

WWE No Mercy (SmackDown) PPV Results - 10/3/04

Eddie Guerrero vs. Luther Reigns w/ Mark Jindrak
Guerrero was in control of most of the match. Reigns got in a few quick power moves, but Guerrero responded with some more offense. Guerrero attempted his three suplexes, but Reigns blocked the third and slammed Guerrero face first into the ring. Guerrero went to the outside and took a nightstick from a security guard at ringside, hiding it in his boot. Guerrero dropkicked a steel chair into Jindrak, went to the top, but missed the Frog Splash. The match ended when Reigns went to pick up Guerrero on the ground when he knocked him out with the nightstick, went back up to the top and connected with another Frog Splash for the win.

Winner: Eddie Guerrero

- Backstage, Dawn Marie went into Miss Jackie's dressing room (who also happened to not be wearing a top). Marie told Jackie that her engagement to Charlie Haas wouldn't be lasting long because of her.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Spike Dudley (c) vs. Nunzio
Spike was joined by Bubba Ray & D-Von at ringside and Nunzio was joined by Johnny Stamboli as well. The match started with both locking up and Nunzio dumping Spike to the outside quickly. Nunzio jumped over the top and connected with a splash on Spike on the outside. Nunzio attempted a leg drop on Spike, but D-Von tripped him up. Spike gave Nunzio a big dropkick, countering a splash from the top. The match ended when Bubba Ray crotched Nunzio on the top while D-Von battled Stamboli at ringside, allowing Spike to pick up the win to retain the Cruiserweight Title.

Winner & STILL WWE Cruiserweight Champion: Spike Dudley

- A clip was shown of The Undertaker defeating Hulk Hogan at Survivor Series for the WWF Title in 1991.

Billy Kidman vs. Paul London
The match consisted of a lot of back and forth action between the two. London sent Kidman to the outside with a quick dropkick followed by a big moonsault early in the contest. Kidman responded with some quick offense, ramming London into the post. Kidman worked on London's ribs throughout the match with London selling it big time. The match ended when London went up to the top attempting a Shooting Star Press, but Kidman lifted his knees when London made contact to hurt his ribs more. Kidman then hit a Shooting Star Press of his own to get the win.

Winner: Billy Kidman

After the match, London began to spit up blood and EMT's came down to the ring to attend to him. Kidman hit another Shooting Star Press on London. London was taken away on a stretcher.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Rene Dupree & Kenzo Suzuki vs. Rob Van Dam & Rey Mysterio
RVD and Mysterio did lots of double-teaming throughout the match. RVD went up to the top looking to take out Suzuki, but Dupree knocked him off to the outside. Both Dupree and Suzuki started to work on RVD while Mysterio looked on. Mysterio eventually got the tag and took out both Dupree and Suzuki. The match ended when RVD hit Dupree with a Rolling Thunder and Mysterio connected with a 619 on Suzuki. RVD took out Dupree on the floor, but inside the ring Suzuki pinned Mysterio using the ropes for help to get the win.

Kurt Angle vs. Big Show
It should be noted that if anyone gets involved in the match, they will be fired. Big Show dominated early in the match and Angle bailed to the outside quickly, causing a count out. GM Theodore Long came out continuing the match and said if Angle didn't return to the ring, he would be fired. Angle made it into the ring before the second count expired. Big Show gave Angle some big chops. Angle countered a bodyslam into an Ankle Lock. Big Show eventually powered out and took out the referee in the process. Angle used a steel chair on Big Show's ankle to worsen the damage. Angle connected with an Angle Slam and then got the tranquilizer gun he used two weeks ago on SmackDown. Big Show grabbed it from him, snapping it across his knee and connected with a Chokeslam on Angle off the top rope for the win.

Winner: Big Show

- A promo for Carlito Carribean Cool aired.

WWE United States Championship Match - Best of Five Series
Booker T (c) vs. John Cena
This is the final match of the series with both Booker T and John Cena tied 2-2. Both exchanged some kicks and punches back and forth early in the contest. Booker took out Cena quickly with a big spinebuster and threw him to the outside. Booker threw Cena into the steel steps and threw him back inside the ring. Booker blocked an FU attempt by Cena and went for the scissors kick, but Cena countered it into the FU for the win to become the new WWE US Champion and the winner of the Best of Five Series.

Winner & NEW WWE United States Champion: John Cena

The Dudley Boyz & Dawn Marie vs. Charlie Haas, Rico & Miss Jackie
Before the match started, Marie (who was wearing a "Charlie Love's Dawn" t-shirt) revealed her g-string to Charlie Haas. Miss Jackie attacked her shortly afterwards to start the match. A funny spot saw Marie tag in Bubba Ray Dudley and look excited to face Miss Jackie. Bubba closed his eyes and asked Jackie to kiss him. Jackie tagged in Rico and he ran up, giving Bubba a quick peck on the lips. Bubba bailed to the corner and washed out his mouth with some water. Later in the match, Bubba set up Rico for the headbutt drop off the top rope. When D-Von went up to the top, Rico smiled and rubbed his thighs to encourage D-Von. D-Von refused to do the move. The match ended when Jackie took out Marie, Haas hit D-Von with a big axe handle followed by Rico connecting with a moonsault for the win.

Winners: Charlie Haas, Rico & Miss Jackie

WWE Championship - Last Ride Match
John Bradshaw Layfield (c) vs. The Undertaker
The match started with The Undertaker getting in most of the offense, including his top rope walk forearm early in the contest. The action went to the outside and JBL took out 'Taker with a big boot. Back in the ring, 'Taker locked on a wristlock with a head scissors takedown. JBL tapped out, but the match couldn't end due to the hearse stipulation. They went back to the outside of the ring and 'Taker connected with a Tombstone Piledriver on the steel steps. JBL got busted open following the spot. JBL responded shortly afterwards with a big chairshot on 'Taker. JBL got slammed through the spanish announce table by 'Taker soon after and then picked him up, heading towards the parked hearse. When Undertaker opened the door to the hearse, Heidenreich was inside and choked 'Taker out with a cloth with ether on it. Heidenreich threw 'Taker inside the hearse and slammed the door. 'Taker busted open the door quickly, but was attacked by both Heidenreich and JBL. Undertaker was thrown back in and the hearse drove off to give JBL the win.

Winner & STILL WWE Champion: John Bradshaw Layfield

After the match, Paul Heyman was shown stepping out of the drivers seat of the hearse. He told Heidenreich to drive a truck into the side of the hearse. Heidenreich drove the truck into the side of the hearse to end the show.
