A Block: Tomoaki Honma vs. NWA Tag Team Champion Satoshi Kojima
Dueling chants for both men as the bell sounds. Honma with a side headlock, but no one goes down off a shoulder tackle multiple times. Kojima then with a shoulder tackle. Honma with a series of forearms, a back elbow, a slam, but Kojima avoids the falling headbutt. Kojima stomps away at Honma, chinlock applied. Neckbreaker by Kojima for a 1 count. Crowd wills on Honma. Chop exchange, then Kojima with a headbutt. Honma blocks a suplex and hits one of his own. Honma with a series of chops that back Kojima into the corner. Running elbow in the corner by Honma, followed by a bulldog, but Kojima again avoids the falling headbutt. Kojima hits the rapid-fire chops to Honma in the corner, followed by a running elbow. Kojima heads up top, top rope elbow drop for a nearfall. Crowd chants for Honma. Another chop exchange, then Kojima with a series of forearms, followed by a rolling elbow, but HONMA SHRUGS IT OFF! Honma catches a kick, hits another slam and this time hits the falling headbutt! Kojima runs into a back elbow, then Honma goes to the middle rope and hits a Blockbuster for a nearfall. Honma goes for the Pillar Crash, but Kojima slips out and hits an Ace Crusher. Kojima with more forearms, but Honma with a back elbow. Kojima blocks a clothesline and hits a Brainbuster for a nearfall. Off comes the elbow pad and Kojima goes for the Lariat, but Honma with a flying headbutt for a nearfall. Honma with another slam, then heads up top. Honma goes for Kokeshi, but Kojima moves out of the way! Honma with a Spear for a nearfall.
Both men charge in, LARIAT-OOOOOOOOO by KOJIMA!!! 1-2-3!

A Block: IWGP Intercontinental Champion “The Underboss” Bad Luck Fale vs. “The Canadian Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith Jr. w/TAKA
The two stare each other down as the bell sounds. Lock-up and a break. Another lock-up and Fale shoves Smith back. Fale with a gut kick, but no one goes down off a shoulder tackle multiple times. Fale with a forearm, Smith with a big boot, then clotheslines Fale over the ropes and to the outside. Fale pulls Smith out to the outside and hits a back club. Fale sends Smith into the barricade. Fale stands on Smith’s back and taunts the crowd. Fale sends Smith into the ringpost and gets back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Smith gets back in at the count of 14. Fale with a series of gut shots & crossface shots to the neck of Smith in the corner. Smith fights back, but Fale with another back club. Nerve hold applied by Fale. Smith fights out, but Fale blocks a Sunset Flip, however Smith avoids a butt drop. Smith with a series of elbows and knees to the ribs of Fale. Smith avoids a charge in the corner by Fale and hits a side slam. Saito by Smith for a nearfall. Fale then blocks a suplex, hits a slam, followed by a big splash for a nearfall. Fale goes for the Grenade, but Smith fights out. Fale then goes for the Bad Luck Fall, but Smith slips out and takes Fale down. Smith goes for the Sharpshooter, but Fale blocks it and quickly gets to the ropes. Fale blocks a Tiger by Smith and they clothesline each other at the same time multiple times. Smith charges in, but Fale catches him with a Samoan Drop. Fale with an avalanche in the corner, followed by a clothesline.
Fale this time hits Smith with the Grenade for the win.

B Block: “The Stardust Genius” Tetsuya Naito vs. NWA Tag Team Champion Hiroyoshi Tenzan
These two fought last year in the G-1 Climax, with Naito accidentally breaking the ribs of Tenzan and forcing Tenzan to withdraw early from the tournament. Tenzan gets in Naito’s face before the bell. Dueling chants for both men as the bell sounds. Naito with a side headlock, but no one goes down off a shoulder tackle multiple times. Naito then hits a dropkick. Naito with a running dropkick in the corner, then goes to the apron for the slingshot dropkick, but Tenzan clotheslines Naito off the apron and to the outside. Naito gets back in and Tenzan stomps away at him, followed by choking him with his boot. Series of headbutts & chops by Tenzan. Naito fights back, but then Tenzan with a series of Mongolian Chops that knock down Naito. Downward chop by Tenzan, chinlock applied. Another downward chop by Tenzan, followed by a knee drop for a 1 count. More Mongolian Chops by Tenzan, followed by a headbutt to the ribs. Tenzan stomps away at Naito in the corner, followed by another headbutt. Naito blocks a suplex and hits a neckbreaker. Naito with a hiptoss, a sliding dropkick, a snapmare and a running senton. Naito heads up top and hits a missile dropkick that sends Tenzan into the corner. Naito runs into a boot by Tenzan, then Tenzan avoids a corner charge and hits 2 clotheslines in the corner. Tenzan heads up top and hits Calf Branding for a nearfall. More headbutts by Naito, but Naito fights back with forearms. Naito off the ropes, but Tenzan catches him with a spinning heel kick for a nearfall. Anaconda Vice applied by Tenzan, but Naito quickly gets to the ropes. Tenzan calls for the TTD and goes for it, but Naito fights out. More Mongolian Chops by Tenzan, then avoids a flying forearm by Naito and hits the Anaconda Buster back into the Anaconda Vice! Naito spins out and rolls up Tenzan for a nearfall. Backlund Bridge by Naito for a nearfall. Tenzan with another headbutt to the ribs, but Naito comes back with the flying forearm. Strike exchange, then Tenzan with more Mongolian Chops. Naito avoids one, but Tenzan blocks a German. Naito then with an enziguri, followed by this time hitting the German for a nearfall. Naito with a slam, then heads up top.

B Block: IWGP Tag Team Champion “The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson vs. Minoru Suzuki w/TAKA
Suzuki works over Anderson’s arm early, Anderson gets to the ropes. Anderson works over Suzuki’s arm, but Suzuki takes him down and locks in a leglock, Anderson quickly gets to the ropes. Chop exchange, Anderson gains advantage and hits an uppercut. Suzuki goes to the apron and rakes Anderson’s eyes, then locks him in an armbar in the ropes. Anderson goes outside, but Suzuki DRILLS him with a running apron kick! Suzuki sends Anderson into the barricade, then traps his arms in the barricade bars and pulls back on them. Suzuki grabs a chair, but the ref stops him. TAKA grabs a chair and while the ref is distracted, Suzuki grabs another chair and nails Anderson in the ribs & back with it. Suzuki with a chinlock to Anderson against the barricade, then jabs him with a pen! Suzuki grabs the chair, but the ref again stops him. Back in, they exchange strikes, Suzuki gains advantage with a series of gut shots & knee to the ribs. Suzuki with a running……slap to Anderson in the corner, but Anderson bites his forehead and hits a flying kick in the corner. Anderson with another uppercut, but Suzuki blocks a piledriver. Anderson with a slam, then feigns a back senton and when Suzuki rolls to get out of the way, Anderson then hits the back senton for a nearfall. Suzuki fights out of a powerbomb, Anderson avoids a running boot, but Suzuki avoids a flying kick and hits a running boot in the corner. Suzuki with a snapmare, followed by a PK for a nearfall. Another strike exchange, Suzuki yells at Anderson to bring it. Suzuki gains advantage and hits the rapid-fire slaps. Suzuki runs into an uppercut, but goes off Anderson’s blind side and hits the Sleeper. Anderson gets out and goes for the Gun-Stun, but Suzuki blocks it and locks back in the Sleeper. Anderson gets out again, but Suzuki slips out of the TKO and again locks in the Sleeper. Suzuki goes for the Gotch Piledriver, but Anderson fights out. Suzuki off the ropes, Anderson goes off his blind side, but Suzuki again blocks the Gun-Stun.
Anderson off the ropes, Suzuki goes off his blind side, but Anderson this time hits him with the Gun-Stun for the win.

B Block: Toru Yano vs. “The Unchained Gorilla” Togi Makabe
Yano throws his water bottle at Makabe and attacks before the bell, but Makabe with a series of right hands. Makabe sends Yano outside and sends him into the barricade, then the ringpost. Makabe again sends Yano into the barricade. Back in, Makabe with more right hands and flips off Yano, but Yano pulls him down by the hair, then does his taunt & shrug. Yano goes to remove the padding in one of the corners, but Makabe with a Northern Lariat in the corner, a series of clothesline shots and the 10 punches in the corner. Yano blocks the Northern Lights and flips off Makabe. Yano off the ropes, avoids a clothesline by Makabe, but Makabe hits a left-arm lariat. Death Valley Driver by Makabe, then heads up top, but Yano avoids the King Kong Knee Drop!! Makabe with more right hands to Yano, then Yano grabs the ref and hits a low mule kick to Makabe while the ref was distracted, but then Makabe with a low kick to Yano!
Makabe misses a clothesline and avoids being sent into the ref, but Yano with a low blow and GETS THE WIN!!

B Block: NEVER Champion “Mr. Rated R” Yujiro Takahashi vs. IWGP Champion “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles
Battle of Bullet Club members here. The two shake hands & “Too Sweet” each other as the bell sounds. Yujiro rakes the eyes of Styles early, but Styles with a series of right hands. Styles avoids a right hand and pokes Yujiro in the eyes. Yujiro blocks an Irish whip and goes to the outside to regroup. Yujiro then pulls Styles to the outside and sends him into the barricade, followed by the ringpost. Yujiro again sends Styles into the ringpost, then gets back in at 16. Styles just BARELY gets back in before the count of 20. Exchange of armdrags, then Yujiro blocks a hiptoss and hits a series of right hands, but Styles comes back with the Phenomenal Dropkick. Backbreaker by Styles, then Yujiro begs off. Yujiro with a series of forearms, but Styles with a big one. Styles sent onto the apron, but Yujiro avoids a springboard and sends Styles to the outside. Yujiro with a head of steam and WIPES OUT STYLES WITH A TOPE SUICIDA!! Back in, Yujiro stomps away at Styles in the corner, then chokes him with his boot. Back elbow by Yujiro, then he taunts the crowd. Chinlock applied. Yujiro paintbrushes Styles in the corner, but Styles fights back with chops. Yujiro with a series of forearms and back elbows to Styles in the corner, but he runs into a boot. Styles then RUSSIAN LEG SWEEPS YUJIRO INTO THE TURNBUCKLES!! Styles goes to the apron and hits Yujiro with the springboard forearm. Styles goes for Bloody Sunday, but Yujiro blocks it and hits a Fisherman’s Buster. Yujiro with a running boot to Styles in the corner, but Styles with a jawbreaker. Styles slips out of a German by Yujiro, but Yujiro avoids the Pele Kick and hits a Deadlift German for a nearfall. Yujiro goes for Miami Shine, but Styles slips out and hits a series of strikes, but Yujiro with a big forearm to avoid the discus clothesline. Yujiro again goes for Miami Shine, but Styles rolls through it and goes for the Styles Clash, however Yujiro fights out of that. Styles avoids a clothesline and hits the Pele Kick, then this time hits Bloody Sunday!

B Block: “The American Psycho” Lance Archer w/TAKA vs. “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada w/Gedo
Crowd chants for Okada as the bell sounds. Archer backs Okada into the corner, but Okada avoids a right hand. Okada backs Archer into the corner, feigns a right hand and shoves him. Archer stops Okada from posing with a series of gut kicks. Archer runs into boots by Okada, then Okada drop toe holds him into the corner, followed by a sliding dropkick. Okada poses, then hits a series of elbows to the back of Archer’s head. Okada sent onto the apron, but blocks a suplex back in. Archer then with a big boot that knocks Okada off the apron and into the barricade! Archer then slams the back of Okada’s head repeatedly into the barricade. Archer drives Okada back-first into the barricade. Back in, Archer with a running shoulder tackle to Okada. Archer places Okada in the ropes, then hits a Northern Lariat and mocks Okada’s pose. Archer gains a nearfall. Crowd wills on Okada. Archer menaces Gedo, then hits a leaping leg drop to Okada for a nearfall. Okada fights back, but Archer catches him with the F’N Slam for a nearfall. Archer with a slam, but Okada avoids a big splash. Okada with a series of forearms, then fights out of a Chokeslam by Archer and hits a DDT. Okada kips up and fires up. Okada with a series of right hands, then avoids a charge in the corner and hits the Emerald Frosion across the knee for a nearfall. Okada heads up top and hits the top rope elbow drop. Okada calls for the Rainmaker and goes for it, but Archer fights out. Okada avoids a big boot and hits one of his own, but Archer blocks a Tombstone. Okada slips out of a slam, then fights out of Dark Days and avoids a clothesline, but Archer avoids the Too Awesome Dropkick and hits the Texas Tornado. They head outside and Archer hits Okada with the Crackerjack ON THE FLOOR! Archer heads back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Okada is able to get back in at the count of 18. Archer with a facebuster across his knee, followed by a clothesline for a nearfall. Archer this time hits the Chokeslam, but Okada kicks out! Archer unloads with right hands to Okada as he is frustrated. Archer heads up top and goes for a Moonsault, but Okada moves out of the way! Archer charges in, but Okada catches him with the Too Awesome Dropkick! Okada fires up and goes again for the Rainmaker, but Archer avoids it. Archer goes for the Blackout, but Okada slips out and hits the Too Awesome Dropkick to the back of Archer’s head! Tombstone by Okada and he fires up again!

A Block: “Blue Justice” Yuji Nagata vs. “The Ace of the Universe” Hiroshi Tanahashi
Dueling chants for both men as the bell sounds. Chain wrestling early until we have a stalemate. Test of Strength, then Nagata goes to work on Tanahashi’s arm. Tanahashi fights out and works over Nagata’s arm. Nagata fights out and they exchange strikes. Tanahashi gains advantage with an uppercut and a dropkick. Tanahashi catches a boot by Nagata, but Nagata with a kitchen sink, a kick to the back and a chest kick. Tanahashi fires back with forearms, but Nagata with a series of leg kicks. Figure Four applied by Nagata. Tanahashi tries to reverse it, but Nagata stops him. Tanahashi is finally able to reverse the Figure Four, but Nagata quickly gets to the ropes. Nagata with stomps to the leg of Tanahashi, followed by more leg kicks. Tanahashi fights back with forearms, but Nagata feigns a dropkick and hits a dropkick to the knees. Nagata avoids a dropkick by Tanahashi, but Tanahashi catches a kick and hits a Dragon Screw. Tanahashi tries to get the blood flowing back his leg, then hits more forearms to Nagata. Flying forearm by Tanahashi, followed by a slam. Tanahashi goes to the middle rope, senton bomb to Nagata for a nearfall. Series of gut shots & uppercuts by Tanahashi in the corner, but Nagata avoids a crossbody and hits a running boot in the corner, followed by the Exploder of Justice for a nearfall. Tanahashi blocks a suplex and hits more forearms, but Nagata with more leg kicks. Tanahashi avoids an enziguri by Nagata and hits an inverted Dragon Screw, followed by a regular Dragon Screw. Cloverleaf applied, Nagata gets to the ropes. Tanahashi goes for the Slingblade, but Nagata with a boot. Nagata off the ropes, but Tanahashi this time hits the Slingblade for a nearfall. Twelve Six by Tanahashi, then he heads up top. Tanahashi goes for the High Fly Flow, but Nagata moves out of the way! Tanahashi charges in, but Nagata catches him with the Fujiwara armbar with eyes rolling back in his head, Tanahashi gets to the ropes. Tanahashi with a series of slaps, but it only pisses Nagata off! Nagata with a series of slaps, followed by a release German. Big boot by Nagata, followed by a Brainbuster for a nearfall. Nagata goes for the Backdrop Hold, but Tanahashi fights out. Nagata with the Justice Knee in the corner, but Tanahashi counters the Backdrop Hold with a crossbody for a nearfall.
Nagata with a spin kick, then again goes for the Backdrop Hold, but Tanahashi counters out with a victory roll for the win.

A Block: “The Mad Dog” Katsuyori Shibata vs. “The Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii
Ishii has his shoulder taped up after separating it on Day 9. The two slug it out as the bell sounds. Shibata gains advantage, then Ishii with a big forearm. Shibata with 2 big boots, but Ishii catches another one with a forearm. They nail each other with elbows at the same time multiple times and both go down. Strike exchange, Ishii gains advantage with a series of forearms in the corner. Ishii trash talks Shibata, but Shibata fires out of the corner with a big forearm. Shibata with a kick to the back, but it only pisses off Ishii! Ishii with a snapmare and a kick to the back, but Shibata gets right in his face! The two then play a game of “can you top this?” by sitting down and letting the other kick them in the back until one blinks. This continues until Shibata DRILLS Ishii with a big kick to the back, doubling him over. Shibata unloads with elbows in the corner on Ishii, but Ishii pops up after each one and gets in Shibata’s face, backing him up after every one! Ishii then DRILLS Shibata with a big elbow! Backdrop Driver by Ishii, followed by a series of headbutts in the corner. Ishii again trash talks Shibata, followed by a clothesline in the corner, but Shibata gets right in Ishii’s face again! Shibata unloads with elbows in the corner, followed by the hestitation dropkick, but Ishii FIRES RIGHT OUT WITH A CLOTHESLINE!!! Another strike exchange, Ishii continues to talk trash. Shibata gains advantage, then stops a headbutt with a big elbow. Shibata off the ropes, but Ishii with a clothesline. SHIBATA KICKS OUT AT ONE!! Shibata with a chest kick, ISHII KICKS OUT AT ONE!!! Sleeper applied by Shibata, Ishii gets to the ropes. Ishii catches a kick by Shibata, but Shibata with a big slap! Shibata gains a nearfall, then goes for a cross armbreaker, but Ishii clasps his hands to block it. Shibata is able to unclasp the hands and lock in the cross armbreaker, but Ishii quickly gets to the ropes. Ishii rolls outside and clutches his arm. Shibata goes out after him and brings Ishii back in. Ishii rolls back outside and the ref begins his 20 count. Ref gets to 13, but Shibata goes outside and brings Ishii back in, not wanting to win via count-out. Shibata yells at Ishii to give him a free shot, putting his arm behind his back since Ishii only has one good arm left. Ishii with a series of forearms, but Shibata fires back. They exchange strikes using only one arm to do so. Ishii avoids one and hits Shibata with a release German! Shibata fires up, but Ishii with a big clothesline, SHIBATA AGAIN KICKS OUT AT ONE!! Ishii charges in, but Shibata with a kitchen sink, but Ishii avoids the PK! Ishii with a headbutt, followed by another big clothesline for a nearfall. Shibata slips out of the Brainbuster and locks in the Sleeper, but Ishii takes Shibata down to get free. Ishii with another clothesline, but Shibata does not go down! Shibata with a spinning back chop, followed by another chest kick, ISHII KICKS OUT AT ONE AGAIN!! Ishii slips out of the Go 2 Sleep and hits a headbutt, but Shibata with one of his own. Ishii charges in, but Shibata with another spinning back chop!
GO 2 SLEEP!!! PK!!! 1-2-3!

Main Event in A Block: IWGP Tag Team Champion “The Outlaw” Doc Gallows vs. “The King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura
Crowd chants for Nakamura as the bell sounds. Test of Strength early, Gallows gains advantage and backs Nakamura into the ropes, then shoves him. Nakamura backs Gallows into the ropes and rubs his face against Gallows’s stomach. Nakamura tells Gallows to bring it, then hits a knee to the ribs, a snapmare and a leaping knee drop. More knees to the ribs by Nakamura, front facelock applied. Gallows gets out and gourdbusters Nakamura across the ropes, followed by a kneelift that sends Nakamura to the outside. Gallows sends Nakamura into the barricade, followed by a throat thrust. Gallows again sends Nakamura into the barricade and mocks the crowd chanting for Nakamura. Back in, Gallows stomps away at Nakamura, then continues to mock the crowd. Leg drop by Gallows for a nearfall. Series of elbows to the chest by Gallows, chinlock applied, Nakamura gets to the ropes. Gallows unloads with right hands, then sends Nakamura hard into the corner and stands on his back. Series of gut shots & throat thrusts by Gallows, but Nakamura comes back with a knee to the ribs. Gallows blocks a head kick by Nakamura, but Nakamura avoids one by Gallows and hits a back heel kick. More knees to the ribs by Nakamura in the corner, then does the shaky boot dealy-a-bob. Gallows avoids a charge in the corner, but runs into another knee to the ribs by Nakamura. Nakamura places Gallows across the top rope and hits a running knee to the ribs for a nearfall. Gallows blocks the reverse suplex by Nakamura and hits a clothesline. Strike exchange, Gallows with a throat thrust. Gallows with a clothesline in the corner, followed by a fallaway slam for a nearfall. Nakamura with a knee strike to block a suplex by Gallows, then hits a standing gourdbuster, followed by a Pride-style knee to the back of Gallows’s head. Nakamura goes for the Boma-Ye, but Gallows catches him with a head kick! Pumphandle Slam by Gallows, then he fires up. GALLOWS POLE!! 1-2…..NAKAMURA KICKS OUT!! Gallows can’t believe it! Gallows goes for the Hangman’s Noose, but Nakamura blocks it. Gallows with another throat thrust, but runs into a knee to the ribs by Nakamura. Nakamura goes to the middle rope, 2ND ROPE BOMA-YE!! Nakamura charges in, but Gallows catches him with a pump kick! Gallows goes again for the Hangman’s Noose, but Nakamura counters it into a flying armbar! Gallows clasps his hands to block it, then Nakamura switches to a Triangle, but Gallows gets out with a power clean for a nearfall. Gallows goes again for the Hangman’s Noose, but Nakamura fights out with a knee strike. BOMA-YE!!! 1-2…..GALLOWS KICKS OUT!! Nakamura goes back to the middle rope, 2ND BOMA-YE TO THE BACK OF GALLOWS’s HEAD!!
