CHIKARA’s King of Trios is the biggest pro-wrestling tournament of 2011!
The weekend of April 15, 16 and 17th will see 48 wrestlers converge on the former ECW (Asylum) Arena in South Philadelphia for the monstrous King of Trios 2011! In all, 16 trios will compete across the three days, until just one is left standing. The weekend also includes the 4th annual Fan Conclave – your chance to meet and mingle with the stars of the tournament – and featuring a live performance by melodic rock icon Stan Bush (who has lent us his tune “Sam’s Theme (The Touch)” as the official song of King of Trios 2011!)

– CZW Goes Viral!
CZW would like to take the time now to thank its loyal fanbase on
making CZW Footage the MOST WATCHED ON THE INTERNET! Early last month,
footage from the NIGHT OF INFAMY 9 DVD leaked onto the internet. The
footage? The semi-finals of the recent Tag Team Tournament, between
the OSIRIAN PORTAL and THE RUNAWAYS. Thanks to the Osirian Portal
hypnotizing The Runaways, Greg Excellent, Ty Hagen, Irish Driveby, and
others from the CZW Locker room, CZW has now reached MILLIONS of
people WORLDWIDE! This footage has been featured on G4’s Attack of the
Show on Thursday night’s program as well as ESPN’s Around The Horn on
Friday evening! Members of the ESPN team, Damon Lindelof of “LOST”
fame, and various popular websites like Break.com, HolyTaco, College
Humor, and many others took time to recognize the CZW product and
share it with the masses. If you haven’t seen the footage yet you can

With all the being said… At the last CZW Event in January, CZW
Promoter, MAVEN BENTLEY, officially SUSPENDED THE RUNAWAYS (Joe Gacy
and Ryan Slater) from the Combat Zone following their actions against
tHURTeen. Unfortunately for Maven Bentley, the Runaways have
practically become the face of CZW because of this viral video. Rumors
are now running rampant that Gacy and Slater are going to break
suspension and crash the party next week! What state of mind will
these two UNLIKELY internet sensations be in should they arrive to the
ASYLUM ARENA on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 12TH? Are they angry this video got
out there? We all will have to wait until next Saturday to find out.

– CZW on G4?
CZW has received thousands of emails about CZW footage that aired on
G4 TV’s Attack of the Show on Thursday evening. These emails have been
fans asking CZW why G4 TV is only showing clips and not a whole CZW
show and if G4 TV is planning on airing a CZW TV Show. For those fans,
CZW encourages you to ask that question of G4 TV and NBC Universal! G4
executives have discussed the possibility of airing CZW related
programming with CZW management in the past; however they are not
convinced that CZW can be a viable television property. For fans who
believe CZW should be on G4 TV, we encourage YOU to email them this
weekend referencing Attack of the Show and G4 Underground as shows you

– Everyone’s Coming To The Party!
If you had signed up for the NEW CZW Text Messaging Service you would
have already heard the HUGE news that CZW Officials announced
WEDNESDAY NIGHT… The party on FEBRUARY 12TH just got better! CZW is
proud to announce THREE big returns to the Combat Zone.
First announced WEDNESDAY NIGHT via the CZW Text Messaging Service was
the RETURN of THE BEST AROUND (TJ Cannon and Bruce Maxwell)! This will
be the first time the duo has been in the Combat Zone since their
heartbreaking lose to The Osirian Portal in the Tag Team Title
Tournament at Tangled Web III this past August. The Best Around are
looking to get back on track at TWELVE and try to beat their own
record of being the LONGEST REIGNING CZW Tag Team Champions in history
which now stands at 13 Months. However, they will have to take on
another returning team to the Combat Zone… TEAM MACKTION (Kirby and
TJ Mack). Team Macktion is considered by some to be the fastest rising
Tag Team in wrestling today. Again, they are no strangers to the
Combat Zone. However the last time Team Macktion was in CZW, they also
suffered a heartbreaking lose to Irish Driveby in the Tag Team Title
Tournament at Down With The Sickness this past September. Both these
teams are looking to get back on track here in CZW. However, only one
team can win come FEBRUARY 12TH at TWELVE at the ASYLUM ARENA in SOUTH
PHILADELPHIA.
But that wasn’t the only announcement released via the CZW Text
Messaging Service Wednesday night… CZW Officials also announced that
on FEBRUARY 12TH the Australian Junior Heavyweight sensation, RYAN
EAGLES, will be making his anticipated RETURN to the Combat Zone! CZW
Officials have not yet announced who Eagles will be facing in his
return to CZW, so you’ll have to get your tickets for TWELVE at the
CZW Pro Shop here at CZWrestling.com to find out!

Philadelphia for a FULL DAY of wrestling action at the ASYLUM ARENA!
The trip starts at 10:15 AM in Queens, New York and will stop a few
times on the way in various spots across New York City and Northern
New Jersey before heading to South Philadelphia for the CZW/wXw
DOUBLEHEADER!
wXw (Germany) kicks off its event at the Asylum Arena at 2:30 PM.
Currently schedule for that event is a NO ROPES BARBED WIRE MATCH,
pitting DRAKE YOUNGER against JUN KASAI!
At 7:30 PM, CZW takes back over its house to present BEST OF THE BEST
X! Currently announced for this legendary tournament is JOHNNY GARGANO
